Features
A sturdy base to process up to a 5200mm turning length and a swing up to 700mm over bed.
The rigid 30 degree slant bed provides a vibration free operation.
A big spindle bore yields a high rigidity.
A high-resolution encoder mounted on spindle, provides accurate C axis positioning (optional).

Electronic Lathe

EL-4610/4615
Features
A one-piece cast base structure, enables optimum stiffness and vibration damping.
The advantages of both conventional lathes and CNC lathes are present. This machine is suitable for both large and long work piece turning operations.
A separate coolant tank and a removable chip tank allows the operator to clean the coolant and chips.

A unique one-piece casting column with a double ribs design.
A box type structure design for the spindle unit, this provides high rigidity, while reducing thermal growth and ensuring positioning accuracy.
A X and Y axes ball screw with built-in oil cooling system.
A saddle supported by 3 roller linear guides, this provides a 25% increase in cutting capacity.
The Y axis guideways are mounted on the top of the cross rail, this reduces the distance from the spindle head to the Y axis slideway.
